1. Navigate to the 'Admin' section.

To view recordings, you need to have 'Manager' permissions. If your user doesn't have this, please contact the the helpdesk (help@unitycloud.nz) and we can get that adjusted.

4. You can now set up the filter to suit.

5. You can select the time range, as well as filter by extension. We recommend just setting a time frame, and then manually searching the phone number after.

6. Once your search has run, you can type in the phone number of the call you wish to review. Its a good idea to drop the leading zero or '64'. So 0275551234 becomes 275551234.

7. Once you've found the record, hit the ellipsis menu at the end and chose 'Download'.
