Setting a night menu message

# Browse to your 3CX Admin Console.

1. Click on Call Handling

2. Find your night menu. Generally, this would just be called "Night Menu", but also may have been named "Night Main" or simply "Night".

3. You can then upload a file of your choice.

Your audio file must be in the following format:

  • WAV

  • Mono

  • 16-bit

  • 8000kHz Sample rate

You can then upload a file of your choice.

4. Alternatively, you can use your computer microphone to record a message.

5. Once you've added your recording, insure it is selected in the dropdown box.

6. Click on Save to complete.
